NOTE: All payments must be made prior to services rendered same day of the scheduled appointment.

Session Packages

All Session Packages are non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to service to receive the discounted price.

• 10 Session Package: $15.00 Discount OFF all Basic Services per prepaid session.
• 20 Session Package: $25.00 Discount OFF all Basic Services per prepaid session.
• 10+2 Colonic Session Package: Buy 10 Colonics at $100/session and get 2 FREE.
• 5+1 Counseling Session Package: Buy 5 Counseling Sessions at $100/session and get 1 FREE.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

ADVANCED SESSION PACKAGES - All sales are final for session packages.

NO REFUNDS will be offered for any Advanced Purchased Session Packages due to the discount offered per service. Session packages are transferable to other parties, family members and friends upon request. ONAC of The Lotus Sanctuary reserves the right to change or modify our refund policy and pricing at any time. In order to offer better customer service to you, our Session Packages DO NOT expire.  Advanced purchases guarantee pricing and discounts offered during the date of package purchase and not for the date of session regardless of price increases or adjustments for applicable sessions. Unused portions of packages may be credited to another recipient/member with written permission from original purchaser.  

PRODUCTS & EQUIPMENT

Refunds will only be offered for products sold if returned within 30 days.  All perishable items, and opened supplements may be refunded at the discretion of management.

There are no refunds for equipment sold unless otherwise specified.
