ONAC of The Lotus Sanctuary is an Indigenous Priory under The Priory of the Indigenous People, under the Grand Priory of the United States of America and receive its license to practice as an official Branch of Oklevueha Native American Church which is a Federally recognized Indigenous Monastic Organization that is designed to preserve cultural medicines and modalities.  

ONAC licenses providers, member healthcare facilities, and universities. We utilize monastic, traditional, indigenous, natural and holistic medicinal techniques integrated with state-of-the-art frequency and bioenergetic therapies.

Our registered practitioners and students/apprenticeships are licensed and registered by ONAC and accredited through their private educational organization called ONAC University of Indigenous Medicine.  This facility is a Private Tribal Membership facility and is not open to the public. Membership is a prerequisite to making an appointment with our providers.

Cost of Membership

• Clinical Membership ($65.00 per family) renewable option
• Cultural Medicine Membership/Branch Membership is an $60 fee per adult. This is a one-time cost and requires a letter of recommendation to attach to your application.  Please speak with your personal provider prior to applying.

• Next, click on the Member Online Sign Up button
• Once on the Member Online Sign Up page, click on the link that says: “Click Here to Sign Up” 
• Select type of membership: (Membership, Spouse Membership, One Day Guest-pass)
  • You may include a spouse and dependent children (ages 17 and under) on this form if they will be receiving services as well. Signatures for both the member and their spouse will be required with registration.
• Fill out the online form with your personal information and the information provided below.
